The Science of Happiness: Creating a Meaningful Life
Sonja Lyubomirsky, best-selling author and professor of psychology at the University of California, Riverside, draws from over two decades of rigorous scientific research to present a pragmatic approach to realizing our happiness potential and explains how small, simple activities can transform us into flourishing, contented individuals. Lyubomirsky, whose books include The Myths of Happiness: What Should Make You Happy, but Doesn’t, What Shouldn’t Make You Happy but Does and The How of Happiness received her BA from Harvard University and her PhD in social psychology from Stanford University.
