Elisha Goldstein, PhD, is a psychologist, author and internationally acclaimed speaker on mindfulness-based stress reduction. Co-founder of The Center for Mindful Living in West Los Angeles, he is the author of five books, including the recently released, Uncovering Happiness: Overcoming Depression with Mindfulness and Self-Compassion, and the best-selling The Now Effect: How This Moment Can Change the Rest of Your Life.  He has authored numerous articles about mindfulness and is a frequent contributor to the Huffington Post. Goldstein introduces us to the practice of CALM (Connecting Adolescents to Learning Mindfulness) a program for teens he developed with his wife Dr. Stefanie Goldstein.
